Anchoring in Your Heart

I was inspired this week to talk with you, one-on-one, about anchoring ourselves in our hearts. Things sometimes feel like they move at a thousand miles per hour because we’re so connected via social media, the internet, and current events. I’ve noticed it can sometimes feel impossible to look at the outside world and feel overall positive excitement about everything going on. But it’s imperative that we carry that joy, love, compassion, creativity and excitement with us as much as possible in order to help facilitate the true changes we want to see in the world. For us to be able to carry all that energy with us, we need to root in it and nurture it inside of ourselves, first.

I absolutely love the idea of rooting our actions in the energy we want to see. What a thought and what a beautiful sentiment and reason to take happiness seriously! This is why I was so excited to chat about how we can, as individuals, make that happen for ourselves. I was so nervous to record this episode because I have never done this one-on-one before, and believe me when I say that recording this episode was one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done! But, I’m so happy I did it, and pushing myself even more outside of my comfort zone was absolutely worth it times 1000 because I got to give my best shot at spreading some love in a new way! I hope you guys enjoy this. It was really made with love!
